Graduated from Rajshahi Medical College, Bangladesh 1996.Dr Kubra has been working as a RMO in Australia since 2003. Dr Kubra qualified as GP in 2009, following her completion of FRAGP. She has worked with Aboriginal Health in Queens for 12 months.
