Dr Mohammad Abdul Awal has been practicing for 27 years, having graduated from Dhaka University, Bangladesh in 1990. He owrked in South Africa before relocating to Australia where he has been working since 2002, joining Primary Health Care Medical & Dental Centre in Bankstown in 2015. Mohammad has a particular interest in aged care, antenatal care, chronic disease management, infectious disease and men's health. His interests also include mental health, minor injuries and surgery, paediatrics, sexual health and travel medicine.
In his time away from work, Mohammad enjoys gardening, travelling and spending time with family.
